On March 7, 2016, comScore revealed that it was postponing its annual report and suspending its share repurchase program. comScore disclosed that the company's audit committee is now conducting an internal review and that the auditors would not finish their work prior to the annual report deadline.

Following this news, comScore shares decline as much 33.58% on March 7, 2016.
