On March 13, 2017, the Company disclosed during aftermarket hours that it needs to restate “the Company’s previously issued financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014, and the first three quarters for the year ended December 31, 2016” and that these statements should not be relied upon.

Following this news, NASDAQ:KNDI fell, causing investors harm.
