On December 28, 2015, Executive Chairman of Freeport-McMoRan resigned from his position.  Then on January 19, 2016, Chief Executive Officer of Freeport-McMoRan's Indonesian unit, resigned.

Following this news, NYSE: FCX shares dropped 8.97% on January 19, 2016.
