Summary:

Thieler Law Corp advises investors with losses exceeding $100,000 of the December 3, 2018 lead plaintiff deadline in a class action lawsuit filed against Acadia Healthcare Company Inc (NASDAQ: ACHC) (“Acadia” or “the Company”). The suit is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and investors, who purchased Acadia Healthcare Company Inc securities between February 23, 2017 and October 24, 2017, have until December 3, 2018 to move for lead plaintiff. You do not need to move for lead plaintiff to be a member of the Class.

If you purchased Acadia Healthcare Company Inc securities during the Class Period, and have losses over $100,000, you may contact Thieler Law Corp by calling at (619) 377 - 4324 or emailing mail@thielerlaw.com . No class has been certified in this case, and if your losses are less than $100,000 you are still a member of the class.

The complaint alleges that during the Class Period defendants made false and misleading statements and/or allegedly failed to disclose that the quality of Acadia’s U.K. operations did not give the Company a “competitive strength” that would drive future growth and profitability; and defendants had no reasonable basis to believe and did not in fact believe their positive statements about the Company’s business and financial prospects during the Class Period, including their guidance issued and reaffirmed throughout the Class Period.

On October 24, 2017, the Company reported disappointing third quarter of 2017 results. The Company attributed the results, in part, to “lower census and higher operating costs than anticipated” in the United Kingdom. The Company also reduced revenue guidance for fiscal year 2017 from “a range of $2.85 billion to $2.9 billion” to “a range of $2.82 billion to $2.83 billion.”

Following this news, NASDAQ: ACHC fell $11.44, or 25.9%, to close at $32.68 per share on October 25, 2017.
