The complaint alleges that during the Class Period defendants made false and misleading statements and/or allegedly failed to disclose that Domo was experiencing weakness in its enterprise and international businesses; Domo’s billings growth had dramatically slowed; all of the foregoing was reasonably likely to have a material negative impact on the Company’s financial results; and as a result, Domo’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

On September 5, 2019, the Company reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2019. Although Domo reported positive earnings news, the Company also provided guidance for the third quarter and full fiscal year 2020 that fell short of market expectations.

Following this news, NASDAQ: DOMO fell $9.44 per share, or 37.45%, to close at $15.77 per share on September 6, 2019.
