Summary: | Thieler Law Corp advises investors with losses exceeding $100,000 of the June 18, 2019 lead plaintiff deadline in a class action lawsuit filed against Nokia Corporation (NYSE: NOK) (“Nokia” or “the Company”). The suit is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and investors, who purchased Nokia Corporation securities between October 25, 2018 and March 21, 2019, have until June 18, 2019 to move for lead plaintiff. You do not need to move for lead plaintiff to be a member of the Class. If you purchased Nokia Corporation securities during the Class Period, and have losses over $100,000, you may contact Thieler Law Corp by calling at (619) 377 - 4324 or emailing mail@thielerlaw.com . No class has been certified in this case, and if your losses are less than $100,000 you are still a member of the class. The complaint alleges that during the Class Period defendants made false and misleading statements and/or allegedly failed to disclose that Alcatel-Lucent had certain compliance issues; that, as a result, the Company would be subject to regulatory scrutiny; that, as a result, the Company was reasonably likely to face penalties and fines; and that, as a result of the foregoing, Defendants' positive statements about the Company's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. On March 21, 2019, Nokia revealed that it had been, “made aware of certain practices relating to compliance issues at the former Alcatel Lucent business acquired by Nokia November 2016 that have raised concerns.″ Furthermore, the Company advised investors that it had initiated an internal investigation and that it was cooperating with regulatory authorities to resolve the matter. Following this news, NYSE: NOK fell from $6.26 per share on March 21, 2019 to $5.88 per share on March 22, 2019.
