Thieler Law Corp, member of the Investor Attorney Network, is investigating whether certain officers and directors of Itron Inc (NASDAQ: ITRI) violated securities laws in connection with certain financial statements.

On March 15, 2016, Itron revealed that it was further delaying the filing of its Form 10-K beyond the March 15, 2016 due date. Itron disclosed that it expects to get a notice from NASDAQ indicating that it is not currently in compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).

Following this news, NASDAQ: ITRI shares declined as much 8.18%, during intraday trading on March 16, 2016.
