The Asset Management segment 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, 457 plans, defined benefit plans, money purchase pension plans, profit sharing plans, and non-qualified deferred compensation products and services. 

The investigation focuses on whether NYSE: SFG investors received the highest price and whether the directors of StanCorp Financial Group Inc acted in the best interest of StanCorp Financial Group Inc company and its shareholders.
