Thieler Law Corp Announces Investigation of Web.com Group Inc

Thieler Law Corp, member of the Investor Attorney Network, is investigating whether certain officers and directors of Web.com Group Inc (NASDAQ: WWWW) violated securities laws in connection with certain financial statements.

On August 18, 2015, Web.com Group Inc filed a Form 8-K with the SEC disclosing that it discovered a breach of one of its computer systems on August 13, 2015, which potentially compromised the credit card number, name, and address of approximately 93,000 of its 3.3 million customers. The breach was disclosed recently during regular security monitoring.  After the release of this news, shares of Web.com Group Inc fell $2.25 per share or over 9% to close at $21.52 per share on August 19, 2015.
